We offer FREE standard shipping within Canada on orders of CAD $200 or more.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying order total is reached. Orders below CAD $200 will be charged shipping based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).
Every order is packed with care using appropriate protective materials, including bubble mailers, cardboard protection, and shipping boxes when necessary.
Sealed products are shipped in their original factory-sealed condition.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 36 hours of the delivery date.
We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
